Your personal data shall be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As such, Anastasia Art is responsible for processing your personal data. You will be asked for your consent when you visit my website, when you engage me for an assignment or attend one of Anastasia Art’s courses.

Personal data is all information based on which your identity can be determined. This may include your name, place of residence, e-mail address, telephone number or other information I need to provide my services to you. Depending on the nature of your assignment, I may also process personal data other than contact information. Processing your personal data means that your personal data are collected, stored, used, transferred or deleted, for example. I only processes the personal data that you have provided to us yourself. I may also have obtained your personal data from other sources, such as the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce or public websites. In some cases I receive personal data from intermediaries with whom you have entered into an agreement and who contacted us on your behalf.

I need your personal data so that I can provide the best quality when you engage Anastasia Art for an assignment. I only process your data if it is strictly necessary for our services, for example to contact you during the assignment for which you have engaged me, to post your reviews and/or feedback on my services on my website and/or social media account(s), or to send invoices, quotes and declarations. If you have given permission to receive newsletters, your data will be stored in our customer management system for this purpose. In some cases, I may also process your personal data if you have not given your consent, but there is a legitimate interest or legal obligation for the processing. In that case, I will ensure that your right to privacy is not disproportionately infringed.

I have taken measures to safeguard your right to privacy by securing personal data. For example, I use a secure system for storing your data. Your data is only viewed by the employees who need your personal data to carry out their work. I will not retain your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. I comply with the GDPR-retention periods.

In principle, I never share your personal data with third parties. In some cases, however, it may be necessary to share personal data with someone else. However, I shall never do this for commercial purposes. I will only share your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the services I
provide to you or if I am required by law or a court ruling to share your data with a third party, such as the obligation to share personal data with judicial or governmental authorities. It may also be necessary to share your personal data in order to conclude an agreement with a third party on your behalf (shipping agency, print shop, etc.).

If you want to know what personal data I have stored about you, you can submit a request to inspect the personal data I process. If you wish to have your personal data that are held by me amended, supplemented or deleted, you may also submit a request to that effect. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to transfer data. You can also revoke your permission to process certain personal data about you. You can expect a response to your request within 4 weeks of your request.

For questions or complaints about the processing of personal data, you can contact me at anastasia.gangaev@gmail.com. In the unlikely event this does not work, you can send a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP) if you believe I am not compliant with the applicable privacy laws. The AP monitors whether companies comply with the GDPR.
